Am Donnerstag, den 6. Juni wird JProf. Dr. Isabell Otto im Rahmen des Forums Ethnologischer Film eine kurze thematische Einführung in den Film „Fragments of a Revolution“ (Frankreich 2011) und die Frage nach Partizpation durch digitale Medien geben, wozu wir euch im Namen des Forums und der Forschungsinitiative „Mediale Teilhabe zwischen Anspruch und Inanspruchnahme“ herzlich einladen möchten. Es geht los um 17 Uhr in D522 und ist sicher für all jene, die sich mit den Zusammenhang von politischen Ereignissen und Social Media beschäftigen oder vielleicht planen, dazu eine Hausarbeit oder Abschlussarbeit zu verfassen.
Darum geht’s im Film: „During the period of one year, Iranian exiles followed the « green revolution » via Internet from the street demonstrations to the so called trials.. Between the anonymous amateur images and the official government images, the feelings expressed in emails they received and the official speeches, they tried to construct, from a distance, their own story of the events.
