Anhand einer autoethnographischen Analyse von MindDoc und Apple Health werden Funktionen, Visualisierungen, Zeitlichkeiten und Datenpraktiken betrachtet sowie in eine infrastrukturelle Perspektive nach Star, Bowker (2000) und Schabacher (2022) eingeordnet. Der K\u00f6rper wird als<br \/>\naktive Infrastruktur im Machtnetzwerk digitaler Daseinsvorsorge verstanden, dessen Quantifizierung sowohl Empowerment als auch Disziplinierungs- und<br \/>\n\u00dcberwachungsmechanismen impliziert. Mit Bezug auf Foucaults Biopolitik (1975), Lemkes \u201eTestobjekt\u201c (o.
